I don't like leaving bad reviews. I don't have high expectations for a fast food restaurant but this place I would have had to... drop the bar on the floor to not complain about this experience. The lobby was empty so I can understand the workers being inthe back cleaning or doing other side tasks to get through the shift. But no I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for the workerto look up from her phone she then rolled her eyes slowly put away her phone and then slowly walk to the Regester. There was another employee who looked like they were also sat in the back messing with their phone but I couldn't see them as clearly as theone sat at a table pulled in the back of the kitchen. When she came up she didnt greet me with anything more than an annoyed"yes". I know that jack in the box food isnt good to begin with but if this is the general additude of the employees I can't seethis place making any money. And I feel petty posting ghost review but maybe it will get the managers attention and they willfix their night crew. Read more

Super fast, friendly staff and clean. I visited from Australia and was keen to try Jack in the Box for the first time. I was... impressed, loved the tacos on the side and the burgers where very good, will visit again!!! Read more

Good hot food. Not fast and not enough space to sit. Great for pick up and better than Starbucks in the hotel.

It was not very crowded at all, or busy. There is no public restroom, which I find very irritating in Hawaii, especially for... restaurants. I also had to ask the cashier if she was ready to take my order, as she just stood there and said nothing to me,like "may I help you?" or anything. Great service! Small inside but convenient for other shoppers. Locate next to Ala Moana Management Office. Plenty of parking.... You can also order ahead through their mobile app so you don't have to wait in line during peak hours. Breakfast serves all day.Must try their iced coffee, its affordable and big. Read more
