If I could put no stars I would. The lady named Ume was a complete B. She wouldn?t repeat the order back when asked nicely 3... times. I thought it was freaking Awesome Honolulu had a Jack in the Box, We dont have one, where were from.
Wanted to use this coupon but got charged the regular price by mistake due to an employee forgetting to input the required code.... I also noticed that I had been upcharged for curly fries when I had ordered regular fries. Spoke with the manager immediatelyafter upon looking at my receipt and he casually states that I can use the coupon next time instead of making the correction.Still went home with the order but will not be coming back to this location. drive thru orders was accurate and I went during an off hour so the line was short. it does get busy and with the location the... lin can back up into the streets. lots of homeless nearby. the rating is because of the location and not about the servicefood or staff. location is very convenient though for me.
