Nearly every time I come to this location I?m disappointed. The inside looks unkept, the employees seem lazy, and order accuracy... is always questionable. Today I ordered onion rings just to get home and they?re jalapeño poppers. Just one of many times thisstore can?t get the simplest of tasks when it?s not even busy. If I could give ya?ll a half a star? I would. My parents ordered ULTIMATE CHEESE & BACON CHESSE BURGER with Curly fries & Onion... Rings. First of all, they didn?t get no Onion rings, they got Chicken Nuggets ???? & the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger ain?t hadNO BACON. The curly fries were HARD & the burgers were DRY & SLOPPY & the cokes were also watery too! I called them to make acomplaint. The lady said her manager wasn?t in & I her about my order & the lady said she?s only gonna replace 1 BURGER & THECURLY FRIES & then tries to argue with me. She then hung up on me & when I tried to call them back? She hung up on me AGAIN &I?ve called 7 times already & they ain?t answered one time. I'm not the one to complain or make bad reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. We went 2 night in a row and I got the... munchies meal the first night which was the Sriracha curly fries meal, when I got home and opened my box it wasn't the correctone, they gave me the chick-n-tator melt sandwich, which I didn't mind because I still love it but, the sandwich did not lookappealing at all, it looked very dry with no sauce. The second night, we went in around 8:30PM, the doors where still open,there was people also inside and when we wanted to order. After we had been there for a while they told us they had closed theinside already, so we understood, they probably wanted to close early it's one of those days right? Well we went throught thedrive thru and ordered. When I got to the window, they didn't even know what they were doing, they had to ask me what drink Igot after I had received it. They also charged me for sauce which I didn't know I had to pay for the 2 meals I got. When I gothome and opened my meal (which was the stacked grilled cheeseburger), DISSATISFIED AGAIN. I visited this location at 1130pm, I wanted a quick meal after fishing. I tried the 8$ chicken sandwich box. The sandwich was... good, simple but good. I had little to no fries witch I was disappointed from. The tacos where pretty good as far as tacos go.They had plenty of taco sauce on them. I asked for a doctor pepper with no ice bit I received ice. Waited in line for about 10minutes to get to the window. My friend also ordered a cheese sandwich and was disappointed about how simple it was. The menupicture hyped it up but we received noting that looked like it. The window worker was also rude asking what we ordered andwalking away as I told her. I might give this location another try during normal business hours. Read more
Always check your order before fully leaving the parking lot. The food is always warm and great. The only opportunity this... location has is order accuracy. There is always something missing from my order. Today I went in and ordered tiny spicy loadedtacos, large Dr pepper and large fries. I moved up from the window Checked my order and bam! My tacos were not correct (saddly). Lucky I an a regular so I know that we gotta check our food so I showed my receipt and they made me new tacos the rightway. Just a friendly reminder please check your order before you leave the parking lot. Many times we get home and then realizeour order isn't correct. Why do I come here then? Worst tacos of my life. Seemed like old prefab tacos that were microwaved. I should have gone next door to Taco Bell but they... were drive-in only today and I had to use the Jack in the Box bathroom. Never coming back. Hope I don't get sick. Read more
