I went to the Ala Moana location where I ordered the Niku Nabe set. When it came to my table, there was a large dead, half cut... caterpillar sitting on top of the Napa Cabbage. It was absolutely disgusting and I completely lost my appetite. I told themanager immediately and told him that I no longer want to eat at the restaurant and left. I reached out to the company forreassurance that this wouldn't happen again for the safety of all other patrons and they haven't responded. Do yourself a favorand don't go here. Read more

We walked by during lunch time and there was a spot! That almost never happens - usually you have to book a table ahead of time.... We went in and had a great lunch. Food is very good, the staff is pleasant and the food comes out relatively quickly. The placeis also not too loud (although it wasn't full at lunch time). Definitely worth a visit.
