Yummy food, quick service and a friendly cashier. Rounded our trip out to Shop at ala Moana. Perfect day and great food!
Sushi was super fresh. and the cashier was very nice. food came out quick with very little wait.
I really feel bad for the owners. The sushi is amazing, they?re in an amazing spot, but their staff are so lazy and have such... bad customer service. I ordered a modified sushi last time I came, after having to CONVINCE them to make it for me. And todaythey just decided they didn?t feel like making it so I couldn?t get it. All because I don?t like it spicy. I come to ala Moanaall the time. Will only return to this restaurant when I see that they finally have some new staff. Read more
Cashier was too busy scrolling Facebook to notice I was waiting to order. Out of curiosity I waited to see how long it would... take her to look up. 2 full minutes. I obviously told her to forget it when she finally decided to serve me. Read more

Sushi was great, staff was busy, but fast. Had both of my rolls within 10min, even though they were busy making online orders... for pick up. The place isn't fancy, but the sushi is perfect. FYI, if the staff doesnt hear you come in because the doors areopen.... simply announce yourself politely and they will provide service for you, immediately. Ignore the one star stating theyhad to wait a full 2 min for service. I probably would have had the same experience if I didn't politely say "excuse me". It'snot a fancy restaurant, it's a "hole in the wall" sushi place. Thanks again for the great sushi! Read more
