Lol????they n d to sort out the utensils situation.. plastic fork + steak is laughable!!! Aside from breaking 3 different forks... and ending eating with a broken one because I couldn?t be bothered to go up and get a new one for the second time, ??????? Very secret place hard to find and they give 0 information about where they located. They should change the Stupid name on... google map to Hi steaks Food land not Ala Moana. Toke me a long time to find this place to pick up order. Read more
Had a Friday special, Aloha Steak Poke Bowl for $12.... Nothing specially good nor bad, food was what it was but the steak meat... was decent. I asked for spicy sauce, you know for being a Korean, haha, but it wasn't spicy at all, even by American standards. The service wasn't great neither, not friendly, kind of rude, a sub-standard even for fast food place.... Update: This time Itried the Loco Moco, and it was delicious!!!! Don't let the dark color of the gravy scare you, it's actually pretty good, kindof Korean jjajang sauce. I would have liked the hamburger steak as medium-rare but it was well-done. Overall pretty good. Steak was cooked medium for the most part but some pieces were well done without a doubt. Doneness does not... really bother me but I know some people care. I ordered a mix plate, 2 choices, with steak and shrimp. It came with 7 shrimpwhich was a pleasant surprise considering the regular shrimp meal comes with 10 shrimp. They either forgot the furikake or givevery little (you can be the judge based on the pictures). Extra sauce isn't really worth it. The chimichurri was great thegarlic butter was okay.
