The service is very slow here be prepared for that if you are coming at night time. Probably short on staff from covid? The... staff is extremely friendly and polite. The food was standard. The view is amazing though! The food and drinks are reasonablyprice. I would come back for the friendly staff but it’s extremely busy and understaffed. Took my mom to brunch today and had a great time! The food was delicious and service great as always. We got the fluffy... pancakes and eggs Benedict to share. I also ordered a mock tail and my mom got the margarita - both excellent! Prices are alittle high, but honestly this is Hawaii and with a view like that it’s hard to complain. Read more
This is a MUST if you want an island experience with great views, phenomenal service, and food that will make you have a hard... time putting down the fork. From Ruth, our Server, to Pasha, the Manager, to Jay, the Chef, there was one perfect moment afteranother!! Highly recommend. Starting with the service -- I messed up my reservation date, and the very nice hostess was able to... accommodate my wife and I with very little wait. Food is delicious. I had the chicken, wife had the burger. Both were very good.Cocktails and mocktails were perfectly balanced. But the main reason you come is for the view and wow does it deliver. Had a beautiful brunch by myself. It was a lovely view, the food was incredible, the service prompt. I came at a slow time, so I... can’t speak on the disorganization or busy servers others spoke of in their reviews. I loved my server. Great experience. Iwould say the menu seems a tad overpriced, but it is a rooftop establishment and it would make sense that you’re paying alittle extra for the view. Read more
This establishment is fortunate to get two stars from me only because an incredible bartender Jessica saved our experience from... being completely awful. Food was terrible. Ordered an appie and two main dishes. After long delay all three dishes arrived atthe same time cold. Roasted chicken way too over cooked, dry and tough. Cocktails are all $18. While there is an incrediblyskilled bartender there Jessica the price is far too high for the establishment. We noticed many ordering alternatives beer orwine still over-priced. There are other better establishments like the Hideout where Cocktails are $14 or less. This placed wasso disorganized with many upset customers, covid protocols not followed and a manager who was completely clueless. He was viewedby staff as just getting in the way and not helping and I observed this as well. One bartender was great while the other seemedlike it was his first day. The other had to pick up the slack while running the service bar and her own customers. While ourattentive bartender took care of the kitchens shortcomings the experience was a complete failure and a $100 we wish we had back. Read more
This was a nice surprise a friend recommended to try out for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was very chill and the food was... terrific. Drinks came quick and were delicious. Looks like they have something for everyone. Pizza / flatbread was the best Ihave had in a long time. Burger was delicious. Food came out hot and was delicious we were there from about 9pm-11pm and had noproblem getting seating Will have to come back and highly recommend trying this place out for dinner or evening snack. An incredibly fun spot for honeymooners! My wife & I came for dinner & drinks and had one of the most fun nights of the... trip. The view is incredible, music was on point, and the drinks are delicious - especially the Islander which we couldn’tstop ordering! Food highlights had to be the Fish Tacos & Lilikoi BBQ Pork Ribs. My wife is a tough taco critic and she lovedthem. Ribs were fall off the bone tender and the sauce flavor was outstanding! We even came back later in the week to hang atthe pool and order a few more Islanders ???? Service was also super fast and friendly! Read more
