Being that it is the first location on the island and there being such hype for it to open, it was ok. The line was long but was... managed very efficiently and moved very fast. The staff was as nice as you expect from this chain. However, they didn?t offer afull menu and the food was cold and I had to practically beg for extra sauce which is something this chain usually throws atyou. Read more
Worth the wait!! Thank you for FINALLY bringing a Chick-Fil-A to Oahu!!! We arrived about 20 minutes before it opened at 10am,... and didn?t have to wait long before we placed our order and received our food. First time eating at Chick-fil-A and I?m happy to say that it lived up to the hype for me. 2 weeks after opening and the lines... are still crazy, but they move fast as I got my food in about 20 minutes. Got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. The burger wasgood, the breading was seasoned well and it was satisfying without being heavy. Waffle fries were tasty and fun to eat. Lemonadewas lemonade. Overall a worthwhile experience. Once the lines die down, it will probably be a tossup whether I come here or goto Raising Canes when I?m at this food court.
