Ok BLT is not part of the Trump Hotel but a restaurant leasing the space but with that said, probably the Best steak and Lobster... I have had in Waikiki. Service was impeccable and the chef’s cooking, that steak melted in my mouth! Huge baked potato withall the extras button’t be surprised about the cost, to be expected but I would definitely recommend for that 1 special night:anniversary, birthday, or your last night in Hawaii. This rating is strictly for the bar. I haven't dined here ..yet ???????? We like to stop here for either pre or post dinner... cocktails when dining in Waikiki. The bar staff are very good and attentive. Drinks are top notch. Worth a visit. Read more
We went on a whim after a friend's recommendation. The prices are not for the faint of heart but the food, service, and... atmosphere is amazing. Wanted so badly to enjoy our experience as we were celebrating a birthday. As soon as we walked in we quickly realized there is... absolutely no dress code. Someone leaving while we entered was in board shorts and a cotton tee (this has no bearing on therating, just that we were concerned over wearing black denim meeting dress code). When we were seated we were tucked away in acorner that was slightly dingy with lots of bugs - we even sent back a drink for gnats in it. There was a moth that keptcircling and some sort of flying bug in nearly every light fixtur, I even managed to catch bugs on video. The staff wascourteous but not nearly as attentive as I would expect in an "upscale, swanky" joint. Service did not compare to othersteakhouses we have frequented, the food took a long time to arrive and when it did, we were left waiting for things like thebutter for crab legs, utensils for dessert, etc. I ordered the prefix menu and my husband had the lamb chops. The proportionswere very filling I even shared with my toddler with no problem. This seems like a more ideal location for happy hour or girlsnight out for for cocktails than it is for a celebration or celebratory dinner. Read more
Perfectly cooked steaks and delicious sides served ala cart. We opted for the special combo of a 16oz NY strip served with one... side and a glass of wine. All meals start with their famous popovers with fresh butter and sea salt. So much food wepractically had a whole meal to take home. Great atmosphere super friendly service. Read more
