Did an awesome cake for my birthday!
If it hits 10pm when your in the shop and they didn't get to you they will kick you out, no empathy for customers at all.... Terrible management letting a line build up outside and have people wait for nothing as well. Read more
Great ice cream and fantastic service. The staff is very friendly and helpful with providing samples of the various flavors of... ice creams. This Baskin-Robbins is in a great location next to multiple different restaurants and the Navy Exchange store. Overall, great experience and highly recommended for everyone who loves ice cream. This place is super busy on the 31st of each month! The staff are kind and pretty efficient that the line moves quickly. ... There's lots of parking and my children like to go here after eating dinner at one of the nearby eateries because it'sconvenient. I like that there's indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy your items. Maybe next time I'llremember to take a photo. Read more
I ordered a custom cake from the store for my son's birthday a week ago, simple enough: chocolate cake w/vanilla ice cream. On... the day of his birthday after singing happy birthday and cutting the cake we encountered that it was not what we have ordered. Itook the cake w/ deco pack back to the store for a refund. They refused to give a refund and told me the only option was to takea cake from the cooler or a certificate. I wasn't happy with either option all I wanted was the money back. I had to take thecertificate because otherwise I would had lost the money paid for a cake I didn't get and that ruined a boys birthday. Verydisappointed by the customer service at this store. Have to give a star in order to share our experience, wouldn't otherwise. Read more
My first experience at this particular location wasn't a good one. My ice was soft and leaked out of the container into the... paper bag which ended ripping when I got home 5 minutes later in an air conditioned car and at night. I went back a second timebut this time it was super busy but service was quick and my ice cream wasn't soft. Read more
