If you read my postings I rarely ever give bad reviews but this is the second time I've had poor quality coffee and service at... this Starbucks serving location. The barista today was completely incompetent and rude. We ordered a venti Americano, which isour normal choice, and the barista at most put two shots if not just one instead of four. When we brought the coffee back to sayit was weak and if we can get a new one she refused and said there's nothing wrong with the coffee. My wife told her to drink itherself then when she also refused to refund our money. If you need Starbucks or any other coffee go somewhere else. Thislocation is a complete failure because their staff are slow rude and don't know how to make coffee. Read more
