I knew I made the right choice to eat here as soon as James pulled out my chair for me. Fine Italian dining without the price.... Friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere with classical Italian music playing. Food was great, choice of pasta for each pastadish. My only recommendation is cloth napkins but maybe that's a covid thing. Very glad I stumbled across this place. Read more
Good food. The Italian soda was absolutely my favorite. Garlic bread, not so much. Small and the thimble of marinara sauce... wasn't worth the 7 bucks. Now let's talk about the Eggplant Parm. Round eggplant? Its all good though. Good tasting and itworked for me while traveling to HI. Big portion is what also worked. Super friendly staff and everything was clean. From reading other reviews of this place, I anticipated an affordable Italian meal in a laid back setting, going for an... old-school and family vibe as opposed to a more formal, fancy atmosphere like more expensive Italian restaurants. The dishes metmy expectations, so I was not disappointed. Affordable, big portions, and good taste. Not the best or most authentic Italianfood around, but does okay for the price point. We went on Valentine's day, so we knew it would be busy. But waiting over 20minutes for bread and the drink menu and at least 40 minutes for our dishes was not expected--plus, we could tell staff werestressed managing the insane number of to-go orders.
