Ahi katsu burnt/overcooked. I'm almost certain this Shrimp tempura is from the store. This makes me mad hence the review. I... bought frozen shrimp a couple of years ago but forget what brand it was. Wow, this is now my go to spot. Staff is friendly, food is yummy and fresh, and you can?t beat the value. The only con is... parking. My favorite is the sashimi (generous pieces) and the chicken wings/tempura bento. Read more

Could not be happier with this restaurant. The portions were incredibly generous, especially considering the prices. The fish... was intensely fresh and flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. I was worries I hadn't ordered enough food, so I addedon a $7 spicy ahi roll. I was expecting a tiny thin maki, but it ended up being a full futo maki sized roll! From the welcomingaccommodations when we arrived to the thank yous when we left, everything about Ahi and Vegetable was a wonderful experience,and we will be coming back the next time we are on Oahu.
