Service continues to improve. The burgers are fine. All the bugers. Breakfast is horrible and i find no reason for it. This... place has had years to get it right. Heck copy copy McD they do a geat brfst buisness. They they outsell BK 10 to 1 atbreakfast. You would think There is a reason that is happening. I'm sure alpo tastes better. We paid for the expensive breaded chicken sandwich combos. We got two of the grilled ones and they... were disgusting. The fries were bad too. Definitely one of the worst BKs around. Read more

If I owned this I would be embarrassed about how poorly this representation of BK. Pathetic service when you drive up, no... questions, no condiments. And then to top it off. Cold fries and a very dry chewy bun. Convenient but unworthy!! Read more

I enjoy burger King. It's one of my favorite fast food burger places. And the highlight was our initial server at the front... counter. She was polite and when we asked for large lids. She quickly obliged. Don't get me wrong. I understand fast foodusually does not come with stellar service. Well. When it comes to the Asst Manager today. I didn't even get basic service.First he informed me they had no large lids. Shortly after that the young lady brought out large lids. He then attempt to giveour food out the drive thru. Then brought it to us.. I went to ask him for more ketchup and I was ignore. The young lady at thefront counter aided us. When we got back to our vehicle we found out both of our burgers were wrong. I brought them back in andshowed him the receipt. He did correct our order and these burgers were warm. With no apology he handed me our burgers and justwalked away. He grunted something as I thanked him. Normally I would provide some guidance. This time. If a manager is likethat. I don't even bother. They should know it already. Read more

Went with my family of 6 & they were very rude especially the old lady manager . There were dead bugs everywhere . Tables where... disgusting. And they have roaches in their restaurant. Will not be going back . Read more

I ordered a large coffee and the response was? it is decaf? I responded no regular? The answer was ? do you want decaf? we... don?t get regular coffee until next Monday ?. I advised the lady in the speaker she should apologize or express regret that theyhad no regular. She said, this is who I am and, basically if I didn?t want decaf go somewhere else. ??so I did! I told mygranddaughter in the car with me she just got her lesson in customer service. You always express regret if you cannot complywith customer request. I also ask her if she thought I would want to come back and do business here? If people stop coming doesthe rude lady have a job and will Burger Kjng still be here? At 9 yrs old she knew if people don?t come you don?t keep yourbusiness! Read more
