We have problems everytime we come to this location. Unfortunately, it?s the closest one to home. When we are asked what sauce... we want, it?s 8 times out of 10 forgotten. I request no sour cream on food, and 8 times out of 10 there?s a large amount of sourcream there. Today, the girl working drive through was awful. On the receipt it says cashier was Jennifer D but from working infast food I know that?s not always the cashiers name because drawers are often assigned to the manager. Anyway- cashier didn?task if we wanted any sauce. We didn?t bother asking ourselves because it?s almost always forgotten anyway. When we got to thewindow we got a dirty look, no greeting at all. Instead the girl was YELLING to her coworkers and just grabbing our card andhanding us our items while snapping. She was telling a whole story about how her family ?pisses her off? and her aunt bosses heraround and ?she?s not even my MOM I live with my MOM?. We heard how they live in a bad neighborhood, they have cameras etc etc.we heard her complaining and complaining the entire time we were at the window and never got a hello, here?s your food, or ahave a nice day. SUPER unprofessional, terrible customer service, and it seems to get worst and worst everytime we come to thislocation. Read more
Ordered Taco Supreme and burrito Supreme with hot and dieablo. Got home to a cold Taco and a cold burrito with no hot sauce at... all. Won't be ordering here anymore. UPDATE, after heating up the burrito to eat I found that it was actually a bean burrito.. Ijust wish there was a zero rating. Read more

Save yourself the headache from ordering here. The girl with the glasses is rude and says they don't have the stuff that the... menu shows they have then when you say I'm reading it oh we have it. She has no manners and shouldn't be working the window. Wecancelled our order and left and she just stared at us out the window as she handed the customer at her window there order.Hopefully their order meets there standards but I doubt it. Read more
