My go-to coffee shop as it has a drive-thru and is close to my office. The kids that work there all seem pretty neat, obvioulsy... a springboard job, so there's always new faces, but they can be pretty hilarious through the order speaker, respectful butfunny! Read more
Rude staff, if you are in a hurry don't ever stop at those location. Equipment never works. Found out on facebook this location... had none of their employees arrested for having a grilled cheese sandwich. What kind of human beings are they, the managementand owners, did they even ask the poor girl the last time she ate did they ask her to pay before they called them police, andwhat kind of cop would arrest a girl for eating a sandwich no better than the owner of this location. Citrus County Sheriffs isall about the people and the county, REALLY. How horrible, Citrus County used to be great everybody looked out for one another, not anymore. ???????????????????? Read more
The worst tasting coffee I believe I've ever had, not to mention the horrible management and a manager who doesn't seem to know... the difference between his right and left foot, let alone how to run a store; he quite literally does not have the sense thatthe good Lord gave a goose. I will not be returning and advise anyone else thinking about stopping here to drive the extra fewminutes and get Starbucks or a local coffee shop. Read more
I've been going to Dunkin 5 days a week for the past 7 years for my morning coffee. After seeing that this manager had a teenage... girl ARRESTED for making a meal off the clock I will never return to anywhere ran by such a deplorable person. Dunkin should beashamed and disgusted for have this person affiliated with their brand. Read more

First, let me be clear.. the employees here are amazing. I come in 1-2 times a day and every employee is friendly and... attentive. However the staffing levels at this location in the afternoon borderline on abuse by management/ownership. At firstI thought it was just short staffed/callouts But everyday for at least the past 2-3 weeks (that I know of) there has been 1person on staff during the afternoons. 1 person to run drive thru, front counter, make drinks, make food, theoretically clean...this is physically impossible. Today, I stood in line with 6 people while the drive thru had 2 cars at the window and 3-4 carsbehind the speaker, while one employee did her very best to take care of all of them. It was painful to watch, and in the end Iscaled down my order. I wasn't about to order a frozen coffee or food as I had planned (which BTW, the loss of that one orderwould have easily paid for another employee at least for that hour.. I can only imagine the other lost income from the day dueto short-sighted scheduling)... Again, one day I could understand... people call out.. staffing is hard these days... but I'veseen this consistently for several weeks now. Management, hell owners if needed, need to get in there and make sure they arestaffed.. what if an employee is injured while there alone? Who takes over? What if they slip and fall in the back? Who whensees them? What if they just decide this is bull and walk off (I would) who's left running the place... I can't even count allthe ways this business practice is both irresponsible and poor financial strategy. Kudos to the employees that work there.. youguys are amazing! Read more
