When I got home I realized that the smoked sausage was missing so I called... the restaurant to get a refund since the sausages were $5 and the manager said he couldn?t even give me that. The food itself is pretty good but I personally would not go back. I?ve eaten here twice. The first order was ?to go?. I ordered... the royal platter. The platter was supposed to come with three lobster tails - I received one. Of course, the restaurant wantedme to come back up there with the food and they would remake it but I wasn?t offered a refund. I decided not to go back up theresince I don?t live close by and it wasn?t worth my time. The second time, I dined in. My server was really nice and friendly butonce again, my food was missing several components. I ordered the weekend special which was supposed to include crab and shrimp.I also added on boiled eggs, sausage, mussels and crawfish. I received a bag with broccoli, crab and sausage only - I didn?torder broccoli and I pointed this out but it?s not like I am allergic to it, I just didn?t order it. I asked the waiter aboutthe other items and there was a ton of confusion due to his managers ?process?. He could clearly see the shrimp, crawfish, eggsand mussels were all missing but it took them about twenty minutes to figure out they needed to add the items to my order. Thenthey said they would need to take my food back as part of policy but then decided not to. Anyways, at the end when I got mybill, I was charged for everything of course but in addition was charged for broccoli and corn. Also, the gratuity was alreadyadded to the bill, and I was informed that the ?gratuity? doesn?t even go to the server - the owners take it directly, which isso messed up. The server worked really hard to provide great service and the kitchen messed up yet they are taking the gratuityfrom the staff. I was definitely not happy with my experience and I won?t be back. Service was wonderful... However, they didn't have what I wanted and they don't have the same menu as their other... location... Very limited so I got fried rice :( Read more

This food is super yummy. My first time going here was today 12 -23 - 21. Shrimps are yummy gator is yummy n oysters OMG. SO... GOOD. I give this place 10 stars. Also got a chance to write our names on their wall. Read more
So, my mother an I were dying to try out this fairly new restaurant and our experience was actually quite amazing. Our waiter... Paul was so cool and very knowledgeable and helped us to order from the menu since it was our first time. Be mindful the pricesare pretty expensive, between my mother and I the bill came out to 170$. We didn?t mind the price because our food was amazing,hot and fresh, I even ended up taking leftovers! We told Paul we would definitely be back!!! The Saucy Crab is a NEW FAVORITE!! The JUICY basket is filled with extremely fresh delicious perfectly seasoned shrimp and I... ordered sweet potato fires. The sweet Chilli AND the Juicy sauce are INSANELY good!!! I ordered a frozen peach/strawberrymargarita and it was perfection!!? Glad we finally have one in this side of town!! Will be back. Ps.
