I love this place! I always get the Vegan Expresso Smoothie. I love the ingredients and I noticed at this location they make it... better. I?m literally here all the time. I order the same 3 smoothies and they taste different depending on who?s making them. I threw... out my whole smoothie last night because it was nasty. I got the same smoothie after leaving the gym the night before made bysomeone else and it was delicious. I?ve had this problem happen way too many times. I got my money back once before because meand my son got the same smoothie and you could clearly see they weren?t made the same. One was creamy while the other one wasicy/transparent. The wait here is absolutely ridiculous. I waited at least 30 minutes and asked for my money back. I wasn?t even greeted standing... in front of the register when I even first came in for at least 5 min that was my red flag! No one really cared no apology forthe wait or anything just gave me my money back in silence. Very poor customer service. I had one small smoothie it makes nosense to me. Absolutely wonderful experience. Day 1 and everything is in order, the gentleman they have training the staff is very... knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend the banana boat smoothie with peanut butter added to it. Read more
