Absolutely awful experience. I ordered two sandwiches via online app at 5:25pm. I received them at 6:30pm. Waited in the store... for 35 mins. Staff was unfriendly, inattentive socializing and laughing while there were 15+ customers waiting for their food.Bathrooms were disgusting. Horrendous excuse for an establishment. Oh my gosh, the service at this location was ABOVE AND BEYOND exceptional!! Jeremiah and Myeisha were super stars. If you have... them servicing you, then consider yourself lucky! Hands down the BEST customer service I?ve ever had! Sandwich = 5 stars, speed= 5 stars, customer service = 5 stars, atmosphere = 5 stars. I will never go to another potbelly again! Great workers but at 12p they were out of mostly all soups and seemed very unorganized. No top on the ice tea container and... they were insects flying around in the area. They was my last time at that establishment. Read more
I came to try the yee-ro, it's not bad, but they charged more than what was advertised. The store is very dirty, the tea... container is disgusting. employees chat and play too much, ladder in front of drinks was never removed. Very disappointed. Read more
Their subs are way more tasty than they have any right to be. I was shocked at how wonderful they have consistently been. If you... find yourself felling that their subs do not taste like Subway subs, understand it's because Potbelly are actually real. Read more
Where people try childish trifling things on purpose. 3 hairs literally looks tucked in. SOMETHING genuinely told me to eat my... sandwich from the opposite end & didn?t notice until after the first few bites. On top of that, after so kindly being told sure,I didn?t get the FREE pupcup I asked for. I even opened the sandwich up to check in-between the meats. This is one of the best Potbelly's I have visited! We are vegetarians and upon telling the staff someone whom I believed to be... the manager stepped in and informed the sandwich maker. The sandwich maker was handling another customer so she ended up makingit herself and changed her gloves,knife and cleaned the area down. She had impeccable customer service which reflected in theother staff members as well. Read more
