The worst experience I have had in a long time . A big 0. I ordered a big box of chicken, at 8:45p, Wednesday evening. I... asked for two coleslaws, the girl that packed the coleslaw just tossed the coleslaw in the box. I stated you should not throwpeoples? food. She ignored me. I asked the young man who put the chicken in my order can I speak with the manager. He statedhe was the manager. This is the 2nd time we have had problems at the Homewood KFC. Ordered through the drive up, both of our meals were totally... incorrect. Unfortunately I did not check the order before I left. I tried to call them for a half hour, phone would ring,then go to busy. The chicken was dry. Skin was hard and basically unedible. Also, did not get a receipt (shame on me). I willbe stopping into the restaurant tomorrow and getting the distract manager's info. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Read more
