Can't tell you how disappointed I am. I have prolly been to 30 different Jimmy John's but I have never been disappointed by... them, not once. Someone gets an award. First, after ordering, I noticed the back half of the restaurant was "off limits". Notgood coz that is where the restrooms live. I inquired from the last guy in line at the sandwich station about the restrooms.Dude looks at me.and says that "the restrooms are closed." Not like "sorry man, the restrooms are closed," or even "sorry, thehealth department shut down the restrooms coz we never clean them." Nope...it was the catholic grade school stare holes in yourface answer. Second, since he was in a bad mood I felt the atmosphere needs a super clean. Third, the sandwiches were light,small, size disadvantaged. I had ordered them with bacon...all three sandwiches were about 1/2 what a normal one is. Doubt Iwill be spending any more cash Read more

The owner had his truck parked in front of the door on the handicapped ramp also blocking ada space, he was eating a sandwich in... the food prep area while sandwiches were being made, the quality of the sandwich was lower than other locations and they offerno indoor seating, although there are tables and chairs. Some how my meal was 3 maybe 4 dollars higher then other locations. Idon't recommend men based on the fact they had perishables for another location in the back of the truck in the sun temp 85,don't think that's good for cases of mayo. Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OLD GUY AND OLD WOMAN AT THE HOMEWOOD LOCATION. I visit this Homewood location pretty often and... others and never have a problem with the staff or their attitudes. Today 8/23/2022 around 1:20 the two old people that wereworking had the worst customer service attitudes ever. They were literally arguing with me about some extra pickles on thesandwich. I go to plenty of Jimmy johns locations to know what and how I get my sandwiches. At the end the guy working gone saywe have to charge you for the extra. But yet I was given that as an option when I asked for them when I first ordered. Read more

Walked in and was greeted by the staff immediately. Nice, friendly staff. Placed an order for roast beef sandwiches. My order... was ready pretty fast. We had a seat at the table and ate inside the restaurant. The establishment was very clean, and the staffalso were very clean as well. They used gloves and hats, and neatly bagged the sandwiches. I have been coming to this Jimmy John's for years and never had an issue until today. I placed two separate orders, one with... cash the other with a card. At the time I placed both orders I was on the phone, therefore distracted and did not realize I didnot receive my change. I contacted the store as soon as I realized my change was not given. The cashier answered the phone andof course denied failing to give me my change. I suggested he count his drawer or review the camera in the store. He agreedbegrudgingly to count the drawer and call me back. He called back stating that his drawer was only two cents short and that hehad given me my change. He stated he handed me my change in between my debit card that I used for the second purchase. However,he was never in possession of my card considering I was able to insert the card into the reader myself. He ended the call withno further resolution, basically calling me a liar. I do not appreciate how this situation was handled. I'm sure if he checkedthe camera he would see he did not hand me my change. We're only talking approx $3 but it is the principal. I definitely willnot be patronizing this location anymore. Read more

My #6 veggie is always really good at any location. Was happy that I was able to grab my online order and not stand in line. I... had no idea where to look and the dude with the locks and sunglasses on ignored me. Luckily I glanced around rhe store and sawmy order. Was in and out! Would've given it a 5 but the dude I asked for help ignored me! Read more

Not too sure what was up with the ?manager? I had void my order earlier today because they were closed when the app let me place... it, but that condescending tone and smart remarks were completely uncalled for. Instead of asking me why I placed an order whileyou were closed, figure out why your app doesn?t state you?re closed and allowed me to order it to pick up that night. Read more

I ordered lunch for me and my coworker off the Jimmy Johns app, when it arrived, the inside of the bag which included two... sandwiches, two bags of chips and two bottled pops were COVERED IN TINY ANTS. I called the store to speak to the manager, Phil,and told him what we saw and he all he said was that he was sending the driver back to pick up the bag? I told him I tookpictures if he wanted me to email them but he dismissed me and hung up? The driver came to pick up the food like 10 mins laterand an hour later I had heard nothing back from the restaurant so I called. When the manager, Phil, answered, I said ?hi yes I?mcalling back about the order you picked up with the ants? and he very rudely said ?I cancelled the ticket!? He never apologized,never stated what he was going to do to fix the problem. I replied ?Oh ok because I didn?t get a confirmation or anything? andhis response was ?I personally cancelled the ticket! But we?ve never heard of such a thing so you have a nice day!? and hung upon me. I have never seen a manager at a restaurant handle a food safety issue so unprofessionally and rudely in my life.
