Breakdown: Location- this is a high traffic area so no doubt it?ll be busy and it does have its down times when I?ve visited.... The engineering of the parking lot is the worst I will say that. Food- I get the bacon cheeseburger every time and it?s verygood. I haven?t been to a Whataburger that often due to where the others are located around town so I can say that it?s the bestfast food burger and the size of the burgers are big enough you may not eat the whole thing depending on your appetite. My frieswere hot a few times not. Customer Service- The staff has always been pleasant in the drive thru I?ve never gone inside anddon?t plan to. The wait times can be lengthy the times vary for this. They appear to be fully staffed and they would bring outfood swiftly. Overall- If the line is too long move along. The burgers are hot and the quality is great. I haven?t experiencedany issues on the customer service side. Double check your bag as always. I am a repeat customer and will visit again Read more

First time to Whataburger and won?t be the last. I ordered carry out and parked in a spot. I ordered 2 sandwich combos with... fries/onion rings and drinks. I decided to look in the bags before leaving since I?ve been screwed by a lot of other restaurantsdoing carry out. Good thing I did because our fries and onion rings were missing. I parked and went inside to let them know I?mmissing items. The manager told an employee to grab my items. The manager then told the girl who delivers the items outside in astern but nice way to make sure all items are in the bags before delivering to the customer. She did not want to see thecustomer coming back inside looking for their food. The restaurant was clean and really nice inside. I thanked the manager andthe employee. Our food was delicious! I really liked the spicy ketchup. I still gave 5 stars because the issue was resolvedquickly. Things happen and life moves on. Read more

I?ve been sitting in line at this drive through for 17 minutes and I still haven?t placed my order. This place is consistently... the slowest fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. The staff clearly doesn?t care or even attempt to make it quicker eventhough they always have plenty of staff available. Every time I have ever come to this whataburger, it takes at least 30 minutesto get my food. I keep hoping it?ll be better but it never is. I?m never coming back Read more

Do yourself a favor and turn around. Do not go to this location. The way the parking lot was engineered is that you cannot... escape once you enter the drive-through it both lanes are occupied. When I pulled up there were only two cars head of me but Istill waited around 10 minutes for anyone to greet me and take my order. I wanted to leave because I felt like it was going totake a long time but could not bc I was blocked in. I went ahead and ordered a number one with no onions add ketchup. Afterwaiting almost 20 more minutes for my meal I finally received it but didn?t notice it was wrong until I had already driven away.They gave me a completely plain hamburger. No cheese only two pieces of bread and a meat patty. When I returned I asked for arefund. The manager said she would remake it for me. I told her I just wanted a refund because I didn?t have time to wait almost30 more minutes for them to make me a single cheeseburger but she REFUSED And said it would only take a minute. I waited about10 more minutes and when I drove away guess what??? IT WAS STILL WRONG!!! She still didn?t add ketchup. I also was never evengiven a receipt either time. Waited in line for 30 minutes or so before being pulled up for another 18 to get cold food and none of the condiments that they... asked me at the speaker for. I understand they were busy but they were well staffed. It doesn?t seem like they have it together.I?m traveling from another state and have always had good experiences at other stores but this one is by far the worst serviceI?ve had in awhile and this is coming from someone who also works in the restaurant business so I understand what it?s like.Thanks tho for the young man that brought me my food he apologized to me and seemed to actually care that I was forgotten. First time ever eating here! Ashley the manager helped make our first experience so great! From explaining the menu to... frequently coming to our table to double check to make sure our experience the best!! She always had a smile on her face andwhole team worked really well together. I believe it was the manager who took our order yesterday morning. She was so kind. She was patient as she explained to me being... a 1st timer. I got the #2- double burger held the mustard and added avocado. Wow, wow, wow. I had to cut it in half and eat itin two sittings! Freshly cooked and did not skimp on anything. Plus spicy ketchup? Whattttt? Lol. Absolutely worth it. Read more
