Did the drive thru this time, ordered the spicy chicken and a root beer... never had the spicy chicken and have heard good... things about it so figured I'd give it a try... it was pretty good. But, here's the other part. They said they were out of rootbeer... I was like... WHAT??? you had it yesterday... I was told I could come in and get it... ordered a bunless burger with a lettuce wrap instead. took out my order and started to eat and therebis no lettuce. I went back... to request the missing keybitem and was told theybare out of lettuce! The key factor in ordering this. Waited in line for over 12 minutes just to order and when I get to the window they say they aren't serving breakfast anymore.... Went there at 5pm yesterday, and managers I hope you're reading this bc the staff working that shift deserves a big raise!!! I... placed a mobile order, picked up through drive through, and everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made to spec. Everyone wasextra polite, nice, and in a really good mood. I usually love Wendy's burgers and my wife loves their salads. Went on Monday. Not very busy. Ordered, got change back was... short a dime. Told the cashier he owed me a dime. Cashier: I don't have a dime Me: Do you have 2 nickles? Cashier: don't have 2nickles. Me: how about another register? Cashier: let me see. (And got a dime) It wasn't about the dime, rather him initiallynot telling me. Went to get drinks and 60% of flavors did not work. Sat at table and it was dirty. No condiments out, nonapkins....just drink lids and straws. My burger and fries were excellent, and wife enjoyed her salad. However the salad shewanted was out of stock and they subsumed a 40 cents less expensive salad. Did not asked for refund as that might have takenrest of my day Read more
The team are a bit friendly and social and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious they just might have another loyal customer.
