We ordered breakfast at the drive thru. The employee was courteous and the order was correct. The food was very good.
Terrible customer service. The clerk shorted me a sausage biscuit and claimed I did not order it but the ticket said I did. The... manager was very rude and seemed irritated to help us. Then she lectured me about me getting a free refill because my once usedcup by me could not be refilled. I called 2 other Birmingham area McDonald's on the spot and was told that they DID give freerefills in store dining which we did. After I told the manager that she did do a free refill but commented to my wife "Jesusit's just a cup of drink". The food was good so I'm telling it like it is. Great food but terrible service. I noticed thatthere were hardly any customers inside the store after our experience there today we can understand why and will not return. Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s, I went yesterday around 1:45 to get an order off the app, I placed a single... item order and my wife placed one on her account, they were too incompetent to figure the orders out then argued with me aboutmy order when I had a receipt with all of the information confirming it was that location and just placed. I only got half myorder and was argued with by the ?manager? that I wasn?t getting the rest because it hadn?t ?come through?. I had every bit ofinformation needed and they argued over a sandwich that was less than $2. As a restaurant manager, that?s ridiculous and I maynever go to a McDonald?s again. Read more
Waited as long as a sit down restaurant in the drive through, told me they were out of what I wanted, settled for something else... then waited close to 5 minutes with no response even trying to talk a little myself. After pulling up to the window, claimedthat I was trying to place an order at the window and that I need to go back through and order through the speaker like I justdid, took close to 30 mins for the whole process and ended up making me late to work for no reason with no breakfast, and fromother reviews looks like this McDonald's seriously has needed new management/maybe new gear for awhile, I'd recommend drivingextra to a different McDonald's for sure. This by far is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. There are so many things to list, I don?t know where to start. The owner... that represents this McDonald?s brings the value of the organization to zero. After being a valued customer for over 35 years,salute. I vow to never patronize this company again. The apple pies was hard as hell, and when they deliver to you or serve they just toss your food on the table, I seen a black... female with colors of red or orange in her hair drop a whole order on the floor, talking and laughing the other black femalewith small twists in Her hair cussing and carrying on, they was slow on handling orders. I don't usually speak on mc Donald's,especially negative comments, but they shown less than the standards it upholds. I actually disliked my order and I wanted toenjoy a good meal before work, they shown me how much my money was worth, smh thx. Read more
I work for DD. The order was not ready. They were out of medium and large cups. Cars were wrapped around the building, and... people were waiting for orders. Manager also got on to an employee in front of customers telling him if she had to give anotherrefund it would come out of his check. Which is not professional at all Read more
