Went and bought 2 steak and cheese subs. Got back home to eat and they were sour. Something in them was rancid. I spit out the... first bite and asked my daughter if she tasted it. She said no. I took another and couldn?t even stomach it. I told my daughterto stop eating and called. The manager got on the phone and was arguing w me about what I was telling her! I didn?t want mymoney back or a replacement, I was simply telling her the meat or onions were sour. She proceeds to tell me all her dates arefine and she had an inspection yesterday so I am wrong. Never will I ever! I should?ve known when I walked in and no one came tothe register bc there was an incident going on elsewhere. 0/10 Read more

Sandwich is always ready when I order online and tastes great too. Never any issues at this location.

I love firehouse subs. Today I'm not sure what happened here. I enter and it's hardly anybody waiting. I go to the counter and I... am not greeted people are just working going about that business for a few minutes. Again I'm the only one at the counter order. A few minutes ago bye I go to the restroom I check on some emails write some texts and 10 to 15 minutes later I still don'thave my sandwich. I ask if I miss my name and she says well well there's an order of a 100 sandwiches ahead of you. This iscrazy and she was the manager by the way. Even crazier is the fact that she gives me the sandwich a few minutes later. Thesandwiches cold on the outside warm on the inside. Very disappointed. Read more

I usually enjoy their steak and cheese sandwich. However today their was soo much runny moisture in the sandwich from the wet... meat, wet onions, runny extra sauce that the poor bread was mush apon arrival at my table. I tried to eat it anyway simplybecause I was hungry and the combo deal was wayyy too much a whopping 18 plus dollars. Next time I'll just go get me a ribeyefor that price. :( Read more

I went to Firehouse subs last night and had the "All involved sub sandwich combo. It was delicious. My only complaint was that... they did not give me my dill pickle. The sandwich was delicious and so was the drink and chips. My friend bought my meal. Theindividual ordered the tuna salad on white bread. They did not ask how he wanted his sandwich and proceeded to put lettice andtomato which was not to his liking. Read more

I actually love Firehouse but I was very disappointed in this visit. I always order extra meat because I rather have more meat... than bread. The fact I go pretty regularly I know how a sandwich with extra meat is supposed to feel. When I grabbed the bag Ialready knew they didn't put any extra meat on this sandwich. This sandwich felt so light and when I opened up the box it didn'teven look like the sandwich that they even put on the menu. So needless to say I asked if they put extra meat on it and thesandwich maker goes through the spill about ounces and about whatever portion sizes she was giving me. The one thing I know isI've been coming to Firehouse a lot so I know what a proper amount of extra meat feels like. I proceeded to request my moneyback and I just went to Subway. At least at Subway I know when I get double meat they actually have a standard that they keep.I'll definitely go back to Firehouse but I won't be going to the one in Homewood anymore. Read more
