There is a Arby's in the area I live in and I drive 20 minutes to this one passing 2 more.The staff is friendly, it's clean... and if there is a wait, they let you know. II only go during Happy Hour and I enjoy every minute of my curly fries. Read more
The woman at the window sounded like she didn't want to be bothered. I specifically asked "Do you have corned beef?". Her reply... was a mumbled "We're out of turkey.". That wasn't my question and having to repeat myself annoys the heck out of me. Read more

Buyer beware: May charge a lot extra! Shop from the app only! I bought two sandwiches and a drink that after tax, were supposed... to be about $17.50 according to the app. I was told to pay about $26.20. I asked if this was correct (I knew it wasn't) and theemployee said yes. They didn't give me a receipt, of course. I wonder who took the extra money? Was this a managementdirective? I go to this Arby?s quite often but have never been treated like this. I gave my order and waited behind two cars for a rather... long time. When I got to the window, I watched the girl at the window count and wrap money while I continued to wait for myfood. She took my debit card closed the window, again counting money (bills). When I got my order I asked for my receipt; I wastold by this rude employee that it was in the bag! When I got home I looked for the receipt and it was NOT in the bag! So Icalled to speak to the Manager. I asked the employee who answered the phone to let me speak to the manager. She asked if I wascalling to complain about the lettuce! Obviously I wasn?t the only unhappy customer tonight. I told her ?no? and I asked her forher name she said, ? I am the manager but I?m not gonna tell you my name until you tell me what the complaint is!? Really?? Itold her that I would just write a Review for everyone to read!! Update: Tonight was a good night at Arby?s! I used a couponand got two sandwiches for $4 and tried their chocolate cookie for the first time. It did not disappoint! Read more
I'm going to talk to ask you shut up if you've not tread the RB fries that are frozen at walmart, they're exactly like they are... in store, I love Arby's and I love this location and I love the food. There's just sometimes where you need some cheese androast beef LOL Read more
