Assembly of sandwiches is consistently sloppy. Drive through orders take longer than they should. Closes early at random.
The line is extremely Long. Asked for a child 6 piece nugget happy meal......they can't count. They put 5 nuggets in the box.... If I could rate 0 stars I would. This McDonald?s is a joke. I barely ever come here, but the times that I do is during my half... an hour lunch break. I work at the target across the street so I typically walk there and just about every time I walk there thelobby is closed and they?re only taking drive thru orders. Not fair to the people who don?t have a car and place mobile orders.Also not fair to the people who are doing Uber eats. Then your stuck outside waiting for 15 to 20 minutes because they only seemto care about the people in the drive thru. Do yourself a favor and save your hard working money and go someplace else. Horrible customer service. Food was cold and when I drove back to get a refund they refused. 3 different female employees came... to the window to ask me the same question. Non of them were in unforms and the last female employee gave me major attitude and Iwas not rude at all! They gave me the same nuggets I had with just more in the box but I did get a new set of hot fries. Read more
Bad attitude, unhelpful. Placed a mobile order for takeout and arrived to find the lobby closed. Already paid in app, no way to... cancel. Forced to wait in long, slow drive-thru line - nearly 30 minutes. Would have just cancelled and left if it was possible.Employees don't understand and don't care. Then they handed us someone else's food without even checking. We had to look in thebag and say "nope, this isn't ours". This was also after they tried to give us someone else's drink. They don't even have adouble drive-thru, literally one single line and they can't keep track. Just don't go here. It's a mistake every time. I don'tthink we'll ever choose to try again. Read more
Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the McDonald's by Kennywood. The employees here always have a bad attitude... and carelessly throw your food together, ignoring your requests for extras that cost you money and making messes. Read more
