Worst service period. Food was Great but ORDERED ON MOBILE APP. Place was not super busy and not during lunch hour. I physically... talked to guy and showed reciept to get my cups when I got there. Waited 25 minutes patiently while I was skipped over bydrivethrough and counter customers. Asked them If they had order. Same guy said he somehow skipped over me. I asked for them tothrow in free frosty and Manager said "It wouldn't be fair to other customers" This is rediculous. Waited a total of 53 minutesfor 2 burgers and fries. Nobile app said 5 minutes. I think they should throw in freebies to everyone if it takes this long tofill such a small order. Read more
Manger told me I only can have ONE sauce for my nuggets and other food even though I offered to pay due to their ?inventory? not... adding up at the end of the week (irrelevant to customer) This is very disappointing, just get more sauces sent to the store.Store needs to manage inventory/store better and do better to please customers. Did an online order for pickup. When i arrived, inside was closed and line was super long. What is the point of having a pick up... to close it with 5 staff members laughing around the window. Not to mention a guy that isnt staff opens the door and says theyare closed. When we asked about our food, he said he didnt work there. Read more
I see why they don't give receipts and say the printer is broken. They don't want anyone having the tangible proof that their... order was incorrect and probably don't want the online survey reaching corporate. I ordered the apple pecan salad and uponarriving home and opening it I was soon disappointed to learn that there's no blue cheese crumbles on it. Had someonecommunicated they were out,I would have made a different choice. But its sorry as heck it cant even be made right since I wasn'teven given a receipt. You think they'd take into consideration how close they are to the hospital and that their customers mightreally be going through a medically terrifying experience personally or a family member of theirs. Little inconveniences are alot bigger to some for valid reasons...any job worth doing is worth doing right. Read more

The place is dirty, the staff is super rude management included, and they didn't care to pay attention to our order instead they... wanted to get upset that they made a mistake in giving us the wrong food 3 times.
