The customer service is horrible. Picked up food tonight and drove the 20 minutes home only to find out 1/3 of my order was... missing. Called to say I couldn?t come back another 20 minutes to get the food they forgot to include and to just refund thatpart of the order. Nope- I had to show up in person for a refund. So I offered to come get the tacos and they could refund thatpart if the order when I arrived in person. Nope! Offered absolutely ZERO apology or compensation for their mistake.
