Mexicali sub looks delicious online, in the commercials and in the ads. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Upon receiving my... order through GrubHub, I immediately realized how small and lightweight the sub felt. After opening it up I noticed they onlyput a couple of pieces of chicken and didn't even put the avocado spread. It felt like I was eating a veggie sub, all bread, noprotein. Worst service ever...the two young ladies totally ignored me and another customer, while one made online orders and the other... swept the floor. They never greeted me, and after five minutes of waiting and watching one girl make sandwiches, I asked the onecustomer in front of me has he been helped and he said "no". These ladies have no customer service skills, no hospitality and norespect for their work place. I then began to take the girl who was behind the counter what going on and she whispered that thegirl who was sweeping in front of us for 5 minutes was going to help us. I said what? And snapped! Told them it was ridiculousthe way they are running this place and that they should learn some customer service. It's a shame, that they never greeted oreven said one word. This is the second time I?ve gone to this Subway, and the same young girl has attended me, she?s RUDE! she has blond hair, I... don?t know her name, but she acted like she was doing me a favor by preparing my sub and was talking to me like she wanted tofight or something...
