I made an online order. I had forgot to make them aware I needed my sandwich toasted after calling the store to speak to someone... absolutely no one there spoke English then go hung up on.. this is bad for business they should at least have some who isbilingual or paid their employees to take English class? such a joke???? I have never had a bad experience at this subway until now but it can clearly be the employee that was working, Frank. He was... working on Monday January 3rd at 12pm. I had an online order pickup, when I got home I noticed there was a big mixup and myorder wasn?t done correctly. I had received the wrong bread, not toasted, and no lettuce. I didn?t receive one call from thestore regarding my order prior to pickup. I went back and in a polite matter asked for my sub to be fixed. There was no apologyand I was completely disregarded when trying to speak. I said all the mishaps and Frank cut me off while speaking and just saidit would be fixed. After my sub was done, I asked for his name. I also addressed that, next time a costumer is speaking maybelookup and not be so disrespectful, he cut me off again to try ending the conversation for me to leave the store. The store wasnot busy so I see no need for this attitude and rudeness. I hope this issue is noticed by the manager because I will happilycall to speak to one to hopefully not be disregarded again. Absolutely terrible and disappointing really. Only two workers, which is fine. But neither knew any English at all. So placing... order was a chore and also wasnt charged correctly for the pretty clear $6 meal of the day. Another lady came in after she tookher online order pickup and apparently the whole order was wrong. Employees couldn?t understand her so they had to call themanager and other customers also were asked to translate. Read more

I ordered online, the guy couldn?t find the order. I showed him the order was paid for and was ordered at his store. He made the... order, he was mad when I told him to toast he refuse he wanted to add all the veggies. This man has anger issues, he put so muchsauce in my sandwich it was soggy when I got home. It wasn?t cut and wrap properly. This angry very tall guy has no customerservice skills and refuse to do what the customer want. He?s horrible and got on my nerves. Read more

Just had the worst experience... upon entering the store I greeted one of the employees with a big HELLO! He literally stared... through me and didn?t greet me in return ... He precedes to the service counter where the sandwiches are made and he says giveme one second ... still no hello ... he tapes a piece of paper to the counter possibly an online order walks back into theoffice I presume ! I immediately left! That is not how you treat your customers! Common courtesy is due to a dog! Read more

There sign reads open from 9 to 9. I got there at 8:55 so I wait 5 minutes. The guy working seen me didn't open into 9:20. So my... 5 minutes turned into 25minutes. Walk in he tell there only taking cash. I go to get cash from publix only for the guy to tellme we only have white bread. And any online deal they can't do in that Store. So no online coupons. So if you want subway go tothe one on 288. There so much nicer. They let you use all coupons. And they go out there way to help. Read more
