I?ve been here 3 times and all 3 times my drink has been made wrong. 1 time my Frappuccino was made wrong and they took it from... me and dumped it into the blender and reblended it and it tasted exactly the same. Today, I waited over 15 minutes in the drivethru for a drink and Paris had such an attitude with me and my drink was wrong again! I never receive good customer service andhave to wait over 15 minutes for wrong drinks regardless if I go through the drive thru or inside. Read more

Came to this location today expecting great customer service as I always do from Starbucks. Unfortunately I did not know this... specific location would just hire anyone to do the job. I was greeted while placing my order by Angelina. She was persistent inrushing my order every time I requested an individual item. When I pulled up to grab my order the order was incorrect and costedme and the rest of the line more time.
