I have to leave a review I came to this place today at around 2:00pm and the line was a decent amount of cars they came and... grabbed my card and kept it for the longest and someone tried to purchase something off it that fast for $200 I instantly got analert and declined the transaction. I will be taking this to corporate and I hope the person who did this is caught. So pleaseonly bring cash to this place because someone will try to steal your identity. Read more
First time ever to a Sonic and it was an absolutely great experience. I want to thank Robert for his great service and for... being extremely polite and for taking his time to go over menu with a great attitude. The food was great and the portions werefull filling. Placed a doordash order and received a different order. When i called Vincent was rude and kept hanging up the phone. Then some... fake manager said she was the manager. We ordered 5 ice creams and it took literally 30 mins to get to us. It said someone was on the way but 10 minutes later it... didn?t come. We pushed the button to ask and they said they were short staffed and were making it. 20 minutes later they finallycame out. Our ice cream was melting down the cones. There were only 7 cars at the sonic too because we came at about 9 pm. I?mnot sure what was going on but it is something I?ve never experienced at a Sonic. Read more
I'm being generous with the 2 stars. The Milkshakes are always delicious but the food is another story. We are a family of 6. I... know when food is fresh and when food has been sitting and old. I always tell them I don't mind waiting for fresh food andthey've repeatedly given us old food. I spend a lot for a family of six. This was my last visit for food. I'll stick to themilkshakes. I love the milkshakes (strawberry & oreo) my favorite is the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, they need to bring it back.... Also, I love the chicken tender sandwiches & the fries are pretty good as well. I love sonic This time we came, we end upwaiting a long time for our ood, because we weren't done ordering when the person got off the speaker, so we had to continueordering at window then they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich so we had to wait for that, but I wasn't upset because this wasthe 1st time it happened. Most disrespectful crew I?ve come across. We ended up sitting down at sonic after eating canes for dessert. Manager and... associates came out and told us we ?couldn?t eat here?. We all questioned why and then they proceeded to say we couldn?t staythere if we weren?t going to order when we were going to in the first place. They told us we were loitering and to leave. Afterwe did so, we realized that the staff just uses the tables we sat at for a chill hang out spot. Super nonprofessional andannoying. Read more
