Basically the lady over the phone yelled at my wife we asked for general Tao?s not spicy we got a general Taos so spicy my wife... burned her lip and they put peppers the size of cockroaches and on top of that when i asked for a manager to get a refund forwhat we couldn?t eat I got a ?she?s not here? and then I got hung up on I paid 72 bucks for a meal that I couldn?t enjoy andthen to get yelled at by the lady over the phone avoid this place at all costs Read more
I?ve purchased multiple times and have always been very pleased so when I placed my order and found pork in it I assumed when I... called that they would apologize. I called and was told to drive back and they would make me a new one when I explained I don?teat meat and biting into a piece of pork made me sick so could they just credit my account so at least my kids could orderbecause I didn?t want the same mistake happening again I was laughed at and when I said it wasn?t funny she hung up on me. Objectively not good. Order: Chicken with Mixed Vegetables & Fried Rice The chicken looked looked so strange. It was thinly... sliced, pale and bland. I had to check several times to make sure what I was looking at was even chicken, to my dismay, it was.The sauce that was drizzled on it coated the entire dish with a watery, runny, bland goop. It resembled a sort of brown saliva;gross. The entire dish was unseasoned but but vegetables were decent enough it you could manage to ignore the goop. I think Imanaged about 5 bites of the veggies before the goop flavor just got to me. The fried rice was actually pretty good. It had agood mixture of components, was seasoned, not overly greasy. It was is the only reason I gave an additional star. Overall, ifyou can avoid this place, do so. If this is your only option, order fried rice and leave the rest alone. Read more
Food is good but not worth the price. Please be aware of their pricing. I ordered directly from their website and when i went to... pick up food, prices were cheaper on store. They charge higher prices on their website as if you were ordering from doordash. Ifi wanted doordash prices I would have had it delivered versus going to pick up on my own. Read more

Unfortunately this is disgraceful. I've ordered many times from this restaurant via GrubHub and it always never goes well. Not... only is the food always late, it always arrives cold, they never send any utensils and worst of all the bag comes soggy withmoisture.... Apparently they send their own drivers but even the service is poor. You call the restaurant and surprise surprisethey have no clue what happened with our food and act innocent.They're a mile away from my house yet I have to wait nearly 2hours for late and cold food. This is honestly a disgrace. I really love Chinese food but this restaurant is run by clowns. Iwish I could give 0 stars but the minimum for a review is 1. Poor service, would not recommend. I ordered through Uber Eats and the delivery was great. Unfortunately, the food was really not. So sorry I wasted over $50 on... dinner, tax, delivery charge, tip, for tasteless hot and sour soup and boring Kung Pao Shrimp and vegetable fried rice. The crabRangoon was decent. I do not like celery and wasn?t expecting my meal to consist of such a massive amount of that nasty andobnoxious vegetable (see pics). As the old joke goes, or in Reverse, rather?the food wasn?t tasty but there was a Lot of it. Ifyou?re not picky and have a family to feed, the soup and Kung Pao dishes could each feed two. Well today I had a very bad experience with Shanghi. My order was delivered. When I got ready to fix everybody?s food. I noticed... that the rice didn?t look like it was cooked right. The food was light yellow almost white and it tasted like water and lookedlike it was wet instead of stir fry. I called the store to tell them what happened and the young lady kept hanging up on me.Then she told me to bring the food back in . I explained to her that I didn?t have a car . I called back at least 3 times andshe continued to hang up on me. I asked one of my neighbors to give me a ride there. The man that has the little salt and pepperhair offered to remake my order. The young lady came over after he went to have the food remade . She was very unprofessional,she told me not to come there to buy food again. I was in shock on how she handled the situation. I told her that I have beencoming for years and I never had a problem .So I told the man to just give me my money back . They treated me so Bad . My foodwas only $39.64 . I have spent hundreds at their establishment and I was treated so, so bad because they didn?t fix my foodright. To be honest they do not even deserve 1 star. That?s just bad business Read more
