Good arrived very late and cold. Called store and no employee answered the phone never again
Nasty pizza they gave me. I ordered pizza and it was cold, dry, hard as a rock. It seemed like if it was pizza that was from a... day ago or a pizza that someone ordered and never picked up!! It was such a disgrace I will never be ordering from this placeagain!!! And on top of that the manager/supervisor does not show their face when something is wrong??. WORST PIZZA EVER !! Read more
My food never came and they didn't call me or nothing so after 2 hours canceled order
Delivery was fast, but I ordered two pizzas. 1 was correct the other was not. I was told all I could do was get a $10 dollar... credit(mind you the pizza was $18) or bring the pizza back and get the correct pizza. Meanwhile the the correct pizza is at homegetting cold because I had to return the incorrect pizza. Read more
I placed an order online only to be told 25 minutes later that the Pizza Hut restaurant I ordered from does not deliver to my... area. When I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my order I have to re-sign the slip for the order when I did everything onlinedown to putting the tip on the card and processed my credit card. I believe this could have been handled differently. Then whenI get the pizza it was as if it had been sitting for sometime; it was not fresh. Services are not inexpensive these days; theamount you pay you expect quality and not a pizza that has been sitting for who knows how long. Very disappointed with my orderfrom last night. Read more
I would give it a 0 but there is no option. The place smells like dirty cooking oil and frankly so does the food. Employees are... rude and so is the manager. I guess that's what management teaches their employees. Every question I asked was ignored and theydidn't want to honor their large pizza with three toppings at $ 9.99 because it was an online order even though they gave methe same price by phone. Ends up i get attitude and fingers in my face by management. Read more
I've had some delivery problems in the past but also some great experiences also. Usually the carry out isn't too bad but it's... freezing in there if you have to wait. I had to wait 20 minutes longer than originally stated for pick up but management gave mea $5 credit which is appreciated. I've had a mixture of experiences but overall its not that bad. Read more
