To start off today my dad's birthday. They were able to accommodate on the spot, a group of 11. The food came out right away,... and it was delicious. The waitress Ty was attentive and worked with some of our indecisiveness! Anything we asked for, sheremembered and she had great customer service skills. I think my dad loved the birthday singing the most. My dad is a jokesterand the waitress understood his sense of humor. This place is very family oriented and the prices are great. Very good restaurant, with really nice dishes. We ordered the blooming onion, omg, the blooming onion ???? It took a little... while, because they accidentally burned the first one they made for us, but they didn't serve it and the manager came over toour table to apologize that it would take some time to prepare a new one. For us it was no problem at all, it took no more thena couple of minutes. After the onion, we ordered sirloin stake and twisted ribs, which were both very nice. For starters ,The wonderful bartender Eric was absolutely phenomenal. He was very professional ,has a great personality , and... truly made us feel really comfortable. I have to say the food was amazing no doubt and drinks amazing. On that subject drinks took forever to come to the table and... having a first day on the floor server big mistake. Someone needs to shadow the veteran servers first for a while more. On topof that the manager never came by our table to greet us or ask how we are doing. All the servers and manager were in the carwalk the entire time. And the one time our server came to our table it was without the items we needed. Someone needs to turnover that crew.
