Cooks inside of the store are definitely unable to comprehend the most simplest of orders I ordered 3 chicken big macs and gave... me 1 chicken big Mac and 2 regular big Mac with the ticket on the box saying "CHICKEN BIG MAC" and they put beef patties insteadof chicken. Terrible experience at this McDonalds! They concentrated on drive thru and neglected the dine-in, takeout and DoorDash... customers. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk for dine-in, sat down and waited for nearly 30 mins we observed many workerscompletely ignore all the customers inside the store and give all the food to drive thur. After waiting we got up to ask aboutour order and was told they had a lot of orders so we asked for a refund. Took 10 more mins to get a refund and they told ourorder had been ready along time ago but was left on the counter by the worker and never served to us at our table!! What!!! Whodoes that!
