So disappointed. I dine-in or order on line from this location weekly and have been generally satisfied. However, today when I... picked up my order, I genuinely thought there was a mistake with the portion of my cup of soup. As I said, I?ve orderedcountless number of times from this restaurant in the past. According to the manager, the portion size for a cup of soup is 3ounces while a bowl is 6 ounces. Mine is a mixed review, as I do try to be fair. First 315 pm 10/22 we stood in the lobby waiting for about five minutes before... anyone even came to greet us. This is the greeting we got. "Two?" No hello, welcome, good evening, just Two. Then she walkedus to a table out our menus down and walked off. About as friendly and welcoming as a visit to the local morgue. Then shecomes back while we were waiting for our waiter and takes our menus away and says she gave us the wrong ones. Here's the onewith the higher prices. Bait and switch much? We were seated with menus with one price, then just before we go to order shetells us nope wrong menus. (Come on, really???) Luckily our waiter was awesome and the food good, so he saved his tip and ourmeal, he took all our venting in stride and still have us amazing service. So your wait staff saved me from trashing thisreview, because that young lady working as HOSTESS needs to be trained on how to make people feel welcome and like the longhornis glad they stopped in. Just like any other LongHorn we've ever visited, this one was great. My only minor complaint, they didn't have a single cider at... the bar. We travel a good bit, and that's incredibly rare. I'm gluten-free by need, and ciders are my go-to. Other than that,the service was amazing, and the food was delicious. Read more
