Ordered 20 traditional wings n received 20 raw traditional wings. Also received stale fries and waited for an hour…. NASTY!!!
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I came in at 8:44pm ordered at 8:50pm IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET MY ORDER! They tried to make me pay $10... per person for a game that was playing on the tvs special it started at 10 pm but it was their fault for taking 2 HOURS to makean order. I asked for take out it took 30 MINUTES to get my order and it came out COLD, the tots didn’t have any potatofilling it’s mostly just the toast, they didn’t give me the extra lemon pepper rub I asked for they just sprinkled theboneless and traditional wings with nothing, the wings were so STALE. This place has gone to the dumps! I paid $18 for a plate of tater tots! It came with the smallest portion of brisket possible!... The service was terrible as I could not find our waitress after being served this overpriced kids meal! My lady had the bonelesschicken wings and got rock-hard fried tenders! It was terrible! The manager did not even offer to remove the items and expectedpayment for the horrendous food! I'll be back alone next time so I can make a scene. My lady wouldn't let me while we werethere...everthing looks good on the commercial, but in there...good luck getting good food! Read more
They close 45 mins before 12 for dine in apparently, and night staff are very rude and unprofessional. As you can see the staff... huddled in a corner watching us and laughing about ignoring us.On top of it we get home after finally getting wings and theBuffalo wings have no buffalo sauce at all(as you can see from the pic the plate in the top left corner). Soad get a hold ofyour night shift team because all around this was an atrocious experience. After we expressed our poor experience with your rudestaff the food could have at least been on point. Bar staff don't give a F about the customers, kitchen staff is lazy and worthless, 2 times on 2 different days, i order the... chic wrap i specifically tell the bartender NOT SPICY.... & But job isn't important, customer isn't important, not crowded, so.Not an excuse, took 20 minutes and make my wife's wrap wrong, no manager in sight, the is the worst BWW ever been to, and thethe price and combination of F'in up 2 times on to different days, i not be coming back, Read more
Seriously the WORST wing spot. I love wing so I kept saying maybe this time it will be better. Nope! I always request extra wet,... practically begging my waitress, and I let her know they never do it, and every time they all say, oh I’m sorry…. I got you!They never do! In these picture I sent this back and asked for them to add extra sauce and to add more salt & vinegar seasoning.It was sent back 2 times! I should have checked before leaving??????????? This fine establishment caters 100% to on line Orders. Don’ bother coming and expecting to be served with efficiency. An hour... and a half after ordering a simple chicken sandwich & 10 traditional wings, we asked to talk to the manager. We said weweren’t going to pay anything, and the manager said “That’s fine.” And then we waited another 10 minutes and leftbecause 2 other tables that sat AFTER us got food. Read more
