The staff here is nice? the last couple visits I have been here, but the mobile pickup here sucks!! Other locations I have no... problem with mobile pickup. I can be down the street and my order is ready when I get there with in 5-10 minutes. This location?nope.. Yesterday, I was at home. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to this location? I ordered at 9:05 am, and it said myorder will be ready at 9:20 am. I got there at 9:20 am exactly.. my drink wasn?t even up and ready. I had to wait another 10minutes for my hot latté.
