I?m actually starting to despise coming to this McDonald?s. I typically come here maybe once or twice a week but each time there... seems to always be a problem with the morning crew. To start about a month ago I came in through the drive through ordered usingthe mobile app to make things quicker ahead of time and they had told me to go wait in one of the # spots no problem except theyleft me waiting there for 15 minutes until I pulled into the drive through again. Secondly today I ordered had a FREE item usingthe app and the gentleman at the window insisted it was for points as I literally showed him and repeated what the app read hestill insisted it was for points or something. Came here at 7 am. Breakfast - pancakes and a hash brown and bottle of water. My son ate the food. He said pancakes tasted okay.... Not the original taste? Maybe they have sat out? They weren?t hot to touch like normal. The hash brown he liked. Water was justa bottle of water. Cold but not warm so that was good. They did give us butter, syrup and utensils and good amount of napkins.No complain here. Read more
There is a lady that works the drive thru that consistently gets orders wrong. I order, drive up to pay , she tells me something... different, I correct her , pay , proceed to next window, and order is still wrong. I don?t have time in the morning for allthis nonsense. This only happens when this person is working. Either she is not trained properly or can not do the job. Read more
It is ok. I order coffee alot from different McDonalds and it's usually very fresh. Sometimes at different locations they even... brew me fresh coffee without me asking them too. At this McDonald's the coffee was not fresh or at least it didn't taste freshti this big coffee drinker. It was drinkable though. Read more
This McDonald?s was garbage. They got my order wrong twice! Asked for a refund after the second mistake because I wouldn?t be... surprised if they spit on the food. The fries were dry and very cold and the food was obnoxiously messy (sauce all over the bunsmessy). I could have overlooked the mistakes/mess/dry fries if the place was busy, but it wasn?t. It was pretty much emptyinside. Also, the workers were playing around behind the counter and in the bathroom. Didn?t bother complaining to the managerbecause the manager was fooling around with the rest of the staff. Read more
I know it's McDonald's but, a smile or at the very least a "hi how are you?" Instead I got "what do you want" and a super-sized... order of general indifference. Also we waited so long for the entire order that half of it was cold before we got the rest. Read more
First time getting food from this location and my order was messed up. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and 2 big macs and... 3 small fries via the drive-thru. Paid for what I ordered but when I went to the pick up window, got initially ignored andthen handed the fries. Then was told to move to slot #1 to get the rest of my order. Guy comes out literally throws the bag atme and walks away. Got home and did NOT get the quarter pounder but 3 big macs which were cold and 3 more orders of fries.
