Normal croissants vs the burnt ones they gave and seemed upset when I asked for new ones. Only did this review since what I?m... assuming is the manager tried to talk down on me this afternoon about they don?t control the temp of the toaster but they seethe product go in the wrap so why hand out bad quality, ma?am????? This Dunkin? is right around the corner from my house. I go to the gas station almost everyday. Order a coffee and chocolate... croissant, I did this for a week straight and every time about an hour after eating my croissant I would get really bad stomachpain. While I noticed that the croissant was always really stale and dry, I didn?t think much of it as it?s a croissant fromDunkin not a French bakery. However after ordering the same items from another Dunkin. I realize this location has been servingme expired chocolate croissants. The croissant at every other location I?ve been to has been great melted chocolate soft flakychewy croissant. SO DONT BUY a croissant. Then this morning I walk to the counter and mind you there are three employees behindthe counter, I am told ?we?ll be with you in a second ? when the lady comes back to the counter she tells me they?re not openyet! Coffee was fine..bacon egg and cheese bagle was fine...but WTH . the hash browns burnt, gooey and stuck together in the bag... smashed.....GROSS. Read more
It is unfortunate but I have yet to have a good experience at this store. Last visit the donuts were stale, this morning, a... day when donuts and coffee is what people want when clearing snow, they didn't even open. No sign, no lights inside but a bigsign with hours starting at 5 am, it was 6:50 and no life. It's a shame, I am a Dunkin fan but your location just doesn'tmake the grade. Read more
First time ordering from this location. I live down the street. Today I ordered a MEDIUM Toasted white chocolate signature latte... (hot) through the drive thru and they only filled it like 60% of the way!?If I only wanted that little I would?ve ordered aSMALL. Thanks to Maritza for the order. Waste of money. Read more
I always stop at this Dunkin? and gas station because it?s right off the highway, customer service was better when they first... opened, I have ordered thru the drive thru I was waiting for my last drink the girl at the window has the worst attitude andsaid i didn?t ordered it I would accept it if she was nice about it, this is the reason I go to Starbucks because no matter whatthey will not let you leave disappointed.
