Place is going down hill. Screwed up the order and did not honor coupon.
Walked in and waited 5 minutes before anyone even checked on me. Of course she was busy on the phone and just put the phone on... the counter to take my order. Then it was back on the phone for the entire time I was there. Ordered 6 pieces dark meat. Theyonly had 3 so I had to wait. Obviously the don?t do a ton of business as she only cooked the 3 needed pieces. Of course shedidn?t drain the just cooked chicken and dumped it on the chicken that has already been done. Needless to say I got home tochicken that was dripped on by the freshly cooked pieces. Never again. The only other person in the place was in the back (Icould see him though) cracking open eggs. For 15 minutes he?s cracking open all theses eggs. No idea what he was going to dowith them but I will never go back. The shame of it is that I love Brown?s chicken. That is if it?s isn?t all greasy. First time ever having Browns Chicken and first time ever going to Browns Chicken in Homer Glen and let me tell you, they did... not disappoint!!! Chicken was delicious, juicy, hot & most of all fresh! Must get the corn fritters! Also the staff wasfriendly, if you want great food and great atmosphere definitely eat at Browns in Homer !!!! Definitely worth stopping in. Very friendly ladies, helpful and patient with me being a first time customer. Ladies definitely... knows how to treat customers, one of the best interactions I?ve had at a food establishment. Very clean inside the place. Iordered managers special. 10pcs 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. Chicken tasted fresh and sides were awesome. Coleslaw wasdelicious! Read more
I walked in to this location and when I asked to order a bucket of chicken the cashier lied to my face stating that they were... closing at 7:00 pm when was already 7:05 and the open sign was on. In fact they actually close at 8:00 pm. She stated the onlychicken available was 3-4 pieces that had already been sitting outside all day. Needless to say we will not be back and thislocation has permanently lost my business. Good luck in the future! Read more

Best chicken sandwich!!! They cook them to order so you wait 5 min. But well worth the wait. One is enough but if you want to... make friends get a second and give it to someone else. You will surely make a friend for life. Read more
Used to work at a Brown's eons ago. Family still likes Brown's. Stopped in last minute. Chicken and shrooms were excellent.
