I just have to say that you need to try these pretzels. Every time I'm in the area I stop and purchase some....sometimes I... gobble them up in the car, sometimes I make it home with them(not often). The dough is soft and tastes heavenly! Eat them rightaway or eat them later they taste great! We make pretzels at home for special occasions and these are better. Give your tastebuds a treat. Raw dough..brought it back to show the worker that it's clearly raw but the young kid said that's cooked. He gave us another... uncooked soft pretzel but it also didn't get cooked through. After observing how he prepped the dough, the issue was because thedough was too thick. I tried heating it up on my grill since I have it going but the dough was too thick too be saved. Read more
Ben?s Pretzels WERE awesome, but then my last visit there the pretzels are literally half the size they use to be. So sad that... places can do this. Making them thinner makes them even not taste as good because there is barely any dough. The big fluffydough used to make these huge pretzels so good. So very disappointed. I will have to try other locations I know in hopes that iswas only this particular location that has drastically changed their pretzels! I wish I had taken a picture. Read more
