I had a very surprising experience at the Homer Pizza Hut Sunday. Normally going to this store is like going to the dentist. But... on Sunday I ordered through the app and when I showed up my order was ready just like the board said. There was no line ofpeople with angry faces. I ordered my food at 6:12pm I got my order around 6:50 pm they didn't have the drinks I ordered some of the bottle drinks were... not cold. I spent $50.03 they forgot my butter and my marinara I got a cold dr pepper and a hot pepsi. Then...... I had to waitanother 30 mins for my $6 refund why in the world would I let them keep my money... they offered me other drinks which I did notwant. Do not offer thing you do not carry... the manager was rude to her employee because she did not want to refund my money..There were 8 people waiting one man waited a hour ... There was one employee there doing the one who was yelled at doing asmuch as she could. She needs to be the manager her customer service were better than the mangers and the caPepsi. Wow.. Spent 20 bucks for wings and teeny pizza, and they will not give me a cup of water while dining in.. they'll sell a... water, but they actually won't give you any. Screw you pizza hut, you just lost a customer. Read more
