The people were kinda rude. Didn't know how to take a joke or have a big since of humor. One of the staff in particular was... extremely rude!! Practically tossing stuff around. But the food is pretty good! Read more

I can't believe i just paid $15.00 for a 6" sub (no sides) that hardly had any meat, very little veg and the bread was hard as a... rock. I have not been to subway in years, and will not be returning. So disappointing! Read more

We arrived at Homer a little late and were astonished to find out a lot of places which advertised to be open were actually... closed. Including Safeway deli. So we rushed to Subway and got there 20 minutes before they close. To our pleasant surprise, wewere welcomed with a warm greeting. The gentlemen didn't not rush us at all and they prepared 3 delicious footlongs forus. Excellent service and food! Read more

Just had a horrible experience at this Subway - food not ready when ordered, an online order lost, and incredibly rude staff. ... June had a terrible attitude and was zero help in resolving the lost order - even made us go the back of the line to order thelost sandwiches (we had the credit card receipt charging us for the lost purchase). Nathaniel exclaimed that he was only a?little late? getting our first order ready. I intend to follow up tomorrow with a call to the manager and also a complaint tocorporate. I?m sure this is not the first time someone has complained about the staff?s rude and unprofessional behavior. Read more
