It took about 20 minutes for them to take my order. Employees touch the cooked food with bare hands. Cashiers lick their fingers... to open bags and don't wash their hands.Cashier was friendly but was alone and seemed confused. Managers should be helping inbusy times. I was so happy that Popeye's opened in Holyoke I finally got to go today and I was so disappointed they had no drinks but Dr... pepper and lemonade my daughter got the Dr pepper it was flat I got the lemonade and it tastes really really bad so I let themknow and they asked me if I wanted water but I didn't so I just got my food sat down and I realized they didn't give me abiscuit but I didn't want to get back up cuz I already complained about the drink then I realized they give me cold Chicken ontop of that there was only spicy chicken no regular so I went up and let them know this is cold they touched it and gave me warmchicken they were very friendly but the food was just not on point Read more
I was here on vacation from Vero Beach Florida and was delighted to see a Popeyes opened up in my hometown of Holyoke and hyped... it up to everyone in my family to go there and try the food but the day we decided to get a family order turned into a disaster,when we drove all the way back to West Springfield where I was staying and open the bag our order was completely wrong. Iimmediately called Popeyes and explain to them what happened spoke to a very helpful person named Deja who informed me that wecould come in the next day and pick up another order. Upon my arrival the next day I spoke to a Hispanic man that was introduceto me as the manager after waiting several minutes then explaining to him what had happened he told me there was nothing hecould do for me and basically calling me a liar I was very disappointed not only were we given the wrong food but we also werenot given a receipt, this was all through the drive-thru. When I explained to the manager I would like to purchase some morefood because we had the kids in the car and they were starving they were out of everything we wanted to order. Complete disasterand very unprofessional. We ordered a family meal, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and apple pies but when we got home weonly received a large box of french fries and 2 apple pies. Read more

Things were missing with my order the last three times I went to this location. Which they just opened and are probably trying... to figure everything out. But this time not only was something missing but, my mashed potatoes with gravy didn't have gravy.Instead it was topped with liquid bean juice?
