Any time you ask for the amount of sugar the you want they can never get right.
If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever been too! The staff is rude and disrespectful.... I placed a Mobil order and after 20 minutes it still wasn?t done I waited nearly 30 minutes for it to be completed. The staffwas swearing and laughing not caring about the fact there was a drive through line out of the parking lot and a line in thestore that was very long as well. The women I believe to be the manager was telling her staff to get it together and work andthey all said basically to ?F? off. She had no control of them. This isn?t the first time this happens I do frequent thisDunkin? since it is the closes one to me, however I will be going out of my way to a different one. They always forget stuff inmy order or get it wrong and I always order ahead so it?s literally on paper of what I ordered. For how much staff is workingthere it?s absolutely crazy to me that they act the way they do and also can?t do the most basic part of their job. Good fast service, tasty doughnuts, and clean store. Everything you would want and expect from a Dunkin?. Did not disappoint. I... even ordered one of the newer drinks (a Caramel Craze latte) that could have gone wrong, but was perfect! It reminded me of aPSL (pumpkin spice latte), but had a caramel base. Easily the worst Dunkin in the state and unfortunately the closest one to my house. We go every few months to ?give it another... chance? and each time is the same. On multiple occasions we have waited in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes with a line of carsbehind us and no one answering at the speaker. Service inside the building is worse, if they even have the doors unlocked.Employees just ignore you. Drink quality is super inconsistent as well. Read more
! Frozen hot chocolate is what I order everytime, it never changes! 5 days a week yet 2-3 days EVERY WEEK they manage to give me... a frozen coffee! If I wanted a coffee I would order one! 4 days I am already at work when it?s given to me it?s wasted! I had anemployee argue with me about what I ordered, I had the app to prove him wrong! I?ve tried to call and as per 99% of the timethere is no answer. On the off chance they do answer I get ? well bring it back and we will fix it, HELLO I can?t leave my jobbecause you can?t do yours!!! There coffee, latte, & cold tea are good. It seam like they can't get there food correct. Their hush brows are always soggy no... matter how many times you tell him extra crispy or doubled bake. Today was the best day of my life. Upon coming to this Dunkin? Donuts today I was having a very rough morning. I was doing... GrubHub and door dash this morning. I went to six other stores. All of the other stores were horrible. I almost gave up on allDunkin? Donuts. When I arrived to this Holyoke location, they made me feel amazing. They were so professional. All of the womenhere were great. They were speedy, professional and very knowledgeable. I have never experienced such a great experience in mylife. The managers were on point. All of the staff was working so fast. Safety was their number one concern. I cannot believe Iam receivingSuch a great service like this. I recommend this Dunkin?
