Pickup order was great again! Minus the part where we got home and our extra sauce was missing. Again. That's alright. It was... well worth it, and just need to check your sauces before you get home. I got the worst costumer servive when dealing with a critical thinking communication problem. I didnt get my soda. So I called... back and spoke to a male. I asked for a refund on the soda and tip. He explained the soda can still be brought to my house. So Isaid that works for me she can keep the tip. They brought no soda. And didn't inform me they refunded me so when I called backtoday instead of politely informing me. I hear the driver talking about the incident and the woman who spoke to me rudely hungup on me instead of kindly finishing a conversation....rude and poor customer service...all that was needed was communication,kind behavior and the driver coulda kept the tip. I ordered my pizza and side at 1055. Called about 25 minutes later to check on the status and was told it should be at the hotel... I was staying at in 20 minutes. Called after 30 minutes to be given the same answer with some attitude behind the answer. 1155pm I called once again to find out where the driver was and the store told me he ran out of gas and needed to stop to get some,but wouldn't tell me the whereabouts of the driver. I have waited over an hour now for my order. I would advise to go pick upyour food versus having it delivered. Read more
First time ordering from the Appleton Street location. I ordered on-line and picked up 15 minutes later. Pizzas were delicious,... I ordered thin crust with roasted peppers & spinach, my daughter got regular crust with double pineapple. Perfect amount ofpineapple, most places skimp on it even when you pay extra to get it. She requested 'no garlic crust' but got it anyway, ithappens. No reason to complain or boycott the place we will definitely return. I recommend the Cinnamon Twist but order an extraside of icing (.79), one wasn't enough for us. Read more
Most disrespectful staff ever. Very rude with attitude and was old old cheese on pizza. The pizza smelled my car so bad and... everyone did not want to eat. They wouldn?t make a new one or refund me. Read more
