The best pizza in western mass by far family owned and operated it?s been around for ever I highly recommend this place
We cannot deny the fact that this place has great pizza. What I am reveiwing today is their customer service. My elderly... mother went to pick up pizza there about a week ago. 1st, they gave her a party size pepperoni pizza and another small pizza. She tried to explain that she did not order the larger one (she doesn't even eat pepperoni) but the insisted it was hers. Shedid not argue, just paid for the food. Now, my 83 year old petite mother walked out of there struggling to carry this huge boxand was not offered help. She ended up falling right outside when stepping down the curb. Luckily, a good samaritian was thereto help her up. Long story short, she is in the hospital now with a fractured vertebrae. When I called to let the manager knowthat they should institute a practice of helping older people to their car if needed, he rudely told me that we (my mother & I)were not telling the truth and then hung up on me. We have been frequenting this establishment for years but will no longergive them our business if this is the way they treat their customers. Read more
Wasn't the best pizza. Chewy and too thick.
Absolutely delicious pizza. A large pizza is huge. I cannot get over how big this pizza is. A large is the size of a party size... at most places. Well worth the money. The pepperoni has a little spice to it which is so good. The crust is perfect. Wish Iwould have taken a picture before we started eating but it smelled so good I totally forgot. Read more
